Bob Madigan, former “Man About Town” for Washington DC radio station WTOP 103.5 FM, spotlighted NOVA BCA in a pair of radio spots in 2010. The station was recognized with the 2009 Edward R. Murrow Award for broadcasting excellence. In the two clips, co-founder Eric S. Townsend, Gwen Townsend and Derek Alexander chatted up various aspects of the unique NOVA BCA pool experience at the time (format has changed a bit since).
